I am a ASA ACE level 4 certified coach and a NYS HS certified coach. I have attended camp Rise Ball many times to learn what is being taught at the college level. In 2019 I also attended the World Softball Coaches Convention in Ct. I attended the 2017 division 1 college world series in Oklahoma City. I believe first you must respect this great game of Softball. I look for players that always give 100% and understands their roll on the team. Also players that are coachable and are willing to out work everyone on the field. Our goal is to always be competitive whether we win or lose, Its about playing good softball.
Each year we set team goals and also goals for each player to strive for. We placed fifth again in 2015 at the 18u "B" USSSA Nationals in O.C. Maryland. We were ranked #1 in NYS again this year in 18u "B" and 33rd in the Nation out of 833 teams by USSSA. Last year we were 34-16-3 we won four tournaments, placed second in one and third in another. We placed fifth at the USSSA 16u "B" Nationals.
We were ranked by USSSA the #1 16u class "B" team in New York, and as high at #29 in the nation out of 891 teams. Our 2022 16u placed 9th out of 61 teams at Nationals .
