Jennifer is the glue that keeps the team together. She handles the day to day operations for the team. Her role allows the coaches to focus solely on developing the basketball talent of the players. This includes: scheduling practices, tournament registrations, equipment procurement, webmaster, communication liaison to athletes' parents, sponsorship, marketing, securing guest speakers, and coordination of community service projects for the team.

Jennifer has a Bachelors of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland University College. She is currently and has been employed with the Federal government for 15 years.

Jennifer is married to Coach Jay.
