Hosts home club test days – collects test intentions from home club coaches and other clubs Test Chairs, makes the test day schedule, organizes paperwork for the judge. Submits test intentions and test paperwork for East St Paul skaters to other clubs Test Chairs for test days held at other skating clubs.
