Ron has been an educator for over 18 years and is currently the Principal of Mount Vernon High School. He served as a teacher, district administrator, assistant principal and principal. He's successfully coached several sports from youth levels up through high school varsity.

Coach Ron join Jim Huebner years ago when the league began and has served as Vice President and Flag Director since the league's inception before taking over as President this year moving forward.

A core principle of his is to create and guide opportunities for children to engage in structured skill development, learn life-skills and mature socially through sports.
