The Black Knights are proud to announce that Brady Barker has committed to 
Tennessee Tech. I have had the privilege to coach Brady since he was 8 years old.  
It has been my pleasure to watch him grow as a ball player and as an outstanding
young man.  After careful consideration Brady feels like Tennessee Tech is the right
fit for him both athletically and academically.  The coaches at Tennessee Tech are
wonderful men and they have built a fantastic program. I feel very comfortable putting
Brady in their hands for the next 4 years.   Coach Barker

The Black Knights are proud to announce that Jamison Arnold has signed with Coker
College.  Although Jamison was a Black Knight for only one year he made a lasting
impression on our program.  Coker is getting a fantastic player and an even better
young man.  I look forward to following Jamison over the next few years and expect
great things from him.  Coach Barker 

The Black Knights are proud to announce that Justin Gustafson has committed to the
University of the South. Sewanee is getting one heck of a player in Justin.  He has
been a Black Knight for two years and has some of the best hands I have coached
in my 16 years.  I can count the number of errors Justin has made in two years on
one hand and he is an extremely good hitter.  I expect Justin to represent the Black 
Knights well and make a big impact in Sewannee's program.  Coach Barker

The Black Knights are proud to announce that Avery Ragsdale has committed
to Toccoa Falls College.  Toccoa Falls is getting a great player who is very
versatile and can play many positions.  I expect Avery to make an immediate
impact on Toccoa's program as a freshman.  Coach Barker

The Black Knights are proud in congratulating Jalen on signing with Paine College.  
They are getting a fine young man and a fantastic outfielder.  Although Jalen was
only a Black Knight for one year he definitely made a lasting impression. It will be
a pleasure following Jalen and seeing him progress in his baseball and academic

The Black Knights are proud to announce that Taylor is continuing his education at
Clemson University on an academic scholarship.  Although Taylor was only a Black
Knight for a single season he will always be remembered.  He is one of the finest
young man that I have ever had the privilege to coach.  He is at every practice and
every game ready to help the team in any way he could.  Clemson is lucky to have
someone of Taylor's intelligence and integrity attending their university.  I wish you
all the best Taylor!  Thanks for a great year.  Coach Barker

The Black Knights are so proud of Matt Sharon.  The University of Rochester is
getting a fine young man, great student and an outstanding pitcher.  It has been
my pleasure working with Matt over the last year and he has such a bright future.  
It will be fun to follow him as he progresses to the next stage of his life.  Coach Barker

men I have ever had the privilege of coaching.  Dylan always has a positive attitude
and his work ethic is unbelievable.  Hesston College is getting a fantastic pitcher and

baseball and academic career at Macalester College.  Macalester is known for their
high academic reputation and Keiran has met the challenge.  Macalester is getting

The 16U Black Knights used hot bats to score 50 runs and go a perfect
4-0 to win the 16U Cornerstone Sports Diamond Showcase Classic.  

The 16U Black Knights took the Triple Crown State Tournament by storm.
They were a perfect 6-0 for the tournament and beat the 6-4-3 Tigers
in the Championship game 14-7. 

The Black Knights took third place in the CABA Nationals in Charleston, SC this summer to end the season against some great national competition. In the semi-final game to get to the championship it was a hard fought 3-2 loss in the bottom of the 7th inning. Only 8 teams out of the entire field made it to the championship round and the Black Knights did it with a 4-1 record. During this 5 game span the Black Knights threw (1) no hitter and (3) shut outs.
