Information:
ALL players (new and returning) must register online before they can attend practice. Everything is available online including SBYR, SCYR, and USA Rugby waivers. Thank you!
Required for Practice:
Mouthpiece (ALL PLAYERS) - no mouthpiece, no practice!
Shorts or sweatpants or wear long tights under shorts Tshirt (short or longsleve) Or rugby training jersey Rugby cleats (soccer cleats are idea)
Water bottle - make sure name is marked on water bottle
Jacket or sweatshirt to wear afterwards because it will be cold in the evening.
