Schedule for each level TBD for final registration. Pool party starts @ 7:00. @ Stafford Pool.
We need the following items: Completed application with photo (we will take photos of the kids). 2 copies of your child’s Birth Certificate PLUS the Original (original will be returned after the weigh-in or the first week of practice) 2 copies of final report card that shows promoted to next grade. Final payment. Confirm contact email and phone number. Signed copy of Concussion Form.
CHEER: Requires all the above except 5th and 6th graders are the only ones that need to provide
