Print an application or get one at the gym, fill it out (be sure to read our bylaws), and turn your completed application along with your membership fee into the black FAB lock box located in the lobby of gym 1.
FAB required attire not included.
ONLY FAB attire is allowed to be worn to events, any attire on this site is for personal wear.

The 2021 Tides Regular season is schedule to kick off in May 2021, we are looking forward to another great season!! You can find us working at stand 8 along the 1st base side!
