Player Evaluations (Simple Format)

Dear Coach,

Thank you so much in volunteering your time in order to make the soccer family experience a positive one. Our league is committed to make each season as good as it can be, so with that goal in mind, we need your help in evaluating the players you worked with this past season so that we can form balanced teams in the Fall.

We would like for you to grade your players as follows by using the criteria suggested.

"A" This would be for a player (whether striker, midfielder, defender or Goal keeper) who was one of your better players on your team AND competed well against the various teams you played against. He/she remained to be an influential player on a global basis.

"B" This would be for a player on your team who was very solid and dependable and again remained at that level versus the teams you played against.

"C" This would be for a player who struggled a little from either an athletic perspective or technical perspective.

Please Note: Judge whether your team may have struggled in terms of positive results this season. It could be that you had one of your best players (an "A" player on your team) who might need to be graded as a "B" because on a global basis was not as dominant against other teams.
