You are responsible to pay your league fees to your team rep. You can pay the league directly as per payment options below which will be credited to your teams account for your rep.

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING AS AN INDIVIDUAL TO BE PUT ON A TEAM
Registration Fee - $375.00 includes team sweater. This must be paid in full to be placed on a team.

Payment options:
1)INTERAC e-Transfer. Email money transfer to cehlhockey@hotmail.com. Put your team name in the message of the e-transfer. Send an email with your name, your team name and amount of deposit to cehlhockey@hotmail.com and your team rep.

2)Go to any TD/CANADA TRUST Bank and deposit in account number 113-5000941 Civic Employees Hockey League. Send an email with your name, your team name and amount of deposit to cehlhockey@hotmail.com and your team rep.

WAIVER INFORMATION

I hereby certify that it is my intention to play in the CEHL Hockey League during the league schedule and for the playoff games. It is agreed that the league or convener is not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages to members of league teams, however occurring, arising from any activities organized, sponsored, or supervised under the League's auspices. I assume all risks and liability of personal injury, damages and loss of property and save harmless the league or convener from all damages, claims, demands or disputes arising while in the arena, travelling to and from the arena and from playing hockey.

Registrations are not finalized until CEHL confirms with registrant and/or full payment is received. All information submitted to the CEHL is required to accurately process a league registration and is protected by the privacy policy.
