| 2024 JWBA Registration Form This is the online registration for the 2024 JWBA Ball Season. Please complete this form and submit it. **REGISTER YOUR PLAYER WITH THEIR CURRENT GRADE!!** THEIR CURRENT GRADE IS THE GRADE THAT THEY ARE IN TODAY, RIGHT NOW, AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. After it is completed, you can pay online using a credit/debit card, or PayPal account. You also have the option to send cash or check to the Jeff West Elementary School office in a sealed envelope labeled "JWBA", or Venmo @JeffWestBallAssociation. Be sure to note the players' name(s) with payment - whether it be typed in the Venmo payment comment, written in the memo line of a check, or a note attached to cash payment. You can also register your child in person. In person registration will be Saturday, March 2nd from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM during the Meriden/Ozawkie Chamber of Commerce Pancake Feed at Jeff West Elementary School. - ALL payment types will be accepted at in-person registration. **Registration is due ON or BEFORE March 3rd, 2024.** Payment must be at the time of registration, unless other arrangements are made. *NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 3RD UNLESS A TEAM HAS LESS THAN 10 PLAYERS ROSTERED. NO EXCEPTIONS* Baseball/Softball Registration Fee: Multi-player discount system applies for families with more than one child registered for baseball and/or softball.
