My question is when Orleans had teams that could've beaten Paoli from 1999-2000 to 2001-2002 why couldn't Bradley beat Brown I mean talent was near even in those latter two years?...or was it the fact that Bradley was running Brown's offense/defense and Brown was the master of it?..and knowing that c=knew how to stop it (which is my theory).....can someone help me with this question?

coach brown is one of the best coaches in the state.he is not only the master of his offense, but he is the master of change. after one of his timeouts paoli almost always made a run. all five men on the floor contributed on every play, this is alot harder to guard, and a lot harder to scout. coach brown had a way with him that you didn't have to be his buddy, but you could tell that he repected the players, and they repected him also.one other thing i liked about brown was that he could care less about a victory in november, he wanted to win in march. his team always looked better at the end of the season than they did in the beginning.his players where allawed to make a mistake and play through it, he would yell at them, but he very rarely benched them for it, thus this builds confidence.brown also didn't play it safe, like joe, all the time. how many steals did gabe thomas have taking a gamble. i have heard sibbitt yell and bench players for taking a gamble on a steal.bradley is a great coach becouse he puts the team in front of himself, just like brown. i just read in the paper joe said he got all he could out of the players this past season,BULL...., I saw these players coming up. he killed them.he is trying to blame the kids for this past season, it wasn't the kids.this past season we can always wonder what if. this could have been a great team, not good, but great.this past junior and seniors combined was a deep and talented team, it's a shame all the fans that blame the kids didn't see these two goups coming up, they would have been as disapointed as i was.we couldn't waite to see hutslar and hentrup, and emerick and wekert together, along with pedigo. never happened, never will. back to bradley and brown they are two great coaches. who know kids and basketball.bradley will have alot of victories by the time he retires, and he owes alot of that to coach brown, and his willingness to learn from him.sibbitt never learned one thing,as far as i can tell, from brown.

This will definetly be a TEAM. the juniors care about eachother, and they care about winning. they will have more than one player score the majority of the points, and the shots will be split up. it wouldn't surprise me if we have at least three players average in double figures with a few arround the 8 and 9 ppg.you will not see them lose a game becouse they are looking for one player, they have trust in everyone.

I also disagree with Sibbitt's statement in the paper today. The Senior and the Rams had so much more to give, but they also had a coach who would not allow it. The talent was obviously there but you also have to know how to coach it. I wish things were different and the Rams were headed to the Regional. We will never know what could have been. To the Juniors and others, they also will have to play by Sibbitt's rules. I can't see him not focusing an offense around one certain player. I could be wrong, but I doubt it (Hentrup and Uyesugi). Another thing to look at is the fact thatWeikert was the only Junior that posted good numbers this year. Patton had the playing time but what else did he contribute besides "being a decent defensive player"? He and others will have to shoot the ball too next year. Another question is will he play them in the spots he should and will they get the playing time? We all know how that works - you may get to play or you may not see alot of action. A team plays the game the way they are told and each player has their role. The bottom line is I don't see Sibbitt changing his ways. So, we will see. Good luck Rams!

I've said it a time or two on here....we are up by 10 and somehow make a run we had the knockout punch we had the wound open but instead of stopping them instead of shutting the door we leave it open....I know if Brown was up by 10 he would've shut the door....interesting.

alot of the time when the knockout puch is coming sibbitt would call a timeout, he has no clue on how to manage his timeouts, most of the time when he calls one it benifits the other team.

Just one more comment Joe said that Eastern had more legs at the end of the game then his team did well if you goin into the game knowing that why not start like a Harris,Pedigo, Weikert or Hutslar cause I know their legs shouldn't be that tired?....Just a couple of other things we have to get an offense that fits us instead of putting something in hoping it works.....and the final thing is on defense we have to physical to a point and a thing I noticed all year was the lack of deflections or tips when we could've gotten them.....

shizz, i agree, that we need to find an offense that fits the team, not make the team fit the offense.i had someone tell me that the so called princeton offense we were using was the same offense that brown used some with the girls this last year, this is a perfect example of getting an offense to match your team, this offense worked good for browns team, becouse he knew how to use it, and he didn't have alot of size. it was not a good match for the boys they had plenty of size, and not many good outside shooters. another thing anyone who has ever watched princeton basketball knows that they get alot of assist, they work the offense, they don't always shoot the first three they get, they usally have a good inside out game.

I would've liked it if we had ran some sort of triangle offense but anyway like you said the reason why Brown made it work becuase it fit his style of basketball and his style of players he had for instance ok take a player like Shawn Bradley out in a the free throw lane trying to make a back door pass......it would make know since when uyou have a big guy passing it away when he can shoot over his defender.
