| Well not quite sure what went on there today but i know what i seen....car 23 was disqualified because he was out alot more then 90 secs that was indicated by Mr.Hickey himself any longer then 90 secs your out then car 15 got stuck the only car left was car #133 ......then car 23 started up again hit car 15 and got him out of the jam he was in if car 23 had to stay out like he was suppose to it wouldn't have been any bickering or fighting today but some people see it differently i guess but car 15 was stuck and car 23 hit him and he got going again all who agree car 133 should have gotten it today post on here i neiter know or related to any drivers at that track i'm there like alot of other people to have fun and spend a day at the races but i'm sure there will alot of people agree with me in saying 133 do deserve that flag today and Greg you were the one with the checker flag up with only car 133 left going around that field!!Thats my opinion thats what this board is for and WAY TO GO TO CAR 51 you did do a great job i'm not sure if you won the championship but i think maybe you did by the pts standard in the flyer!!!

| There should have been no argument at all. #23 was stopped for will over the 90 seconds. So as soon as he started up again he should have been put out. Not allowing him to do any other damage to the other vehicle. # 15 was supposing put out or so Bern said when he hit a drivers door. But oh no I forgot that was an accident. Do Bern know the rule or not on that? He should be announcing such things if he doesn't know the rules. Anywas I think #133 won hands down. He was riding around with no ther vehicles moving seen the guy with the checkered flag.Guessing the derby was over. But oh no thats another car moving... I think they should have there own cameras in there so if they can't judge it themselves the camera can do it for them... #133 was by far the winner.

| There are valid arguments for both 15 and 133. Both 15 and 133 did a fine job and weren't running around the track trying to not get hit to save their car for the end like others I saw. Both were banging hard. I didn't see black waved at 15 for being shut down too long so he wasn't disqualified. Personally I don't believe he was shut down as long as 90 seconds. If 23 had been forced shut down after he got the black flag disqualifying him and not continue to take smacks at 15 and 133, then these guys could have duked it out fairly as it should have been. I say take the $500 and split it between 133 and 15.

| car #15 was dq'd out of the second derby,and car # 23 was stoped for over 90 seconds,so clearly car #133 was out driving around the feild while NONE else was moveing and Mr. GREG had the checkered flag out as if to say car #133 had the derby! so clearly car #133 should get it!(:<3

| thats what a effin protest is for you moron if it was played by the rules up there Mr.Hickey would have a lot more drivers and fans and make alot more money but they pick their favorites out there which is not fair to other drivers you can go there and listen to Bern talking on the mic how he got good names for some drivers and just names someothers without comment but i think i maybe wrong that he's going to lose alot more bussiness next year as more people is talking about taking their cars to bishops with the rest USE to be a great way to pass away a sunday but not anymore that place is gone to the effin dogs out there i was there sunday to 133 had that Greg had the green flag took down and the checker flag up i don't think car 133 was treated fairly!!

| i think that Car 23 did a great job in the derby.And whenhe got stuckOn a Pole the car behindme hit him a few times from behind to get him off it. that is a classy act. its a shame there is not a Bigger Place to Have th derby toHave More cars init. and few trucks as well Im mean 4x4s and all. Imean the Mini vans did a Lot of damage anda ll but i woUl Love to see some Picls ups get into it. too. i did see 1 s 10 init. he took a good beating anda ll.

| Well i guess Mr. Hickeys bussiness never changed much in the 3 years since i went back there just letting you know i WAS one of the biggest fans at Avondale but not in the last 3 years i have to you agree with you they wouldn't run a 2 dollar whore house people left for the same reasons UNFAIR but that will change i know people racing there came to me today said if they can next year they will be racing in Bishops or not racing at all another man told me today his family will not be going there next year as it might be a different year but same ol stories...alot of his so called friends even left that track but if i'm not mistaken car 133 was a young fellow cbn drove there or had a car there a few years ago but give it all up...don't blame em every year will get smaller there i'd like to see it shut down them bleachers is not safe enough to sit on the building looks so old as buckley himself....everyone should stop going there learn Mr.Hickey you don't pick and choose here it's a GOD DAM RACE and when your treated unfairly serves him right to lose bussiness ,by the way i did watch the video of it and car 133 had all rights to that checkered flag...way to go car 133 you may not be listed on here as a winner but you were the winner don't let anyone tell you any different tell Mr.Hickey to take his prize money and stick it where the sun don't shine!!!

Next year, God willing, we'll be heading to the Bishop Falls track.. I've been there a few times, good clean racing, no bull shit/favourites like there is at the speedway.. oh, and you can walk across the bleachers without falling through, as I seen happen at the speedway a few weeks ago. LOL. Car 133 had the derby, hands down.. but you can post that on here and you can argue with Bern until the cows come home.. that 15 year olds father and Greg are good friends, I wonder did that have anything to do with him not getting disqualified? Congrats Bern, you did it again, you fucked yourself by not being fair. There are a lot of people, including myself that will not be back, and will be taking our business to the Falls!

| Thanks for all the posts my son was the driver of 133 and yes he had that derby won i wish i knew how to get intouch with guy/girl at the top to get the video from them alot of people stayed the other day they knew it was unfair judging not about the money but just the derby it self and yes bern you know me and no will not be back at avondale speedway we were the first ones pretty well from our area here on the north that bought the crowd from here to your business but seen alot of unruling going on there call us cry babies fucking call us what you want but un fair is unfair we all know who won that derby say what you fucking want i don't care about giving my name i've nothing to hide and we have absolutly nothing against car 15 or 23 as a matter of fact the driver of car 23 was the one who said he was at fault dropped out and said fairly 133 won that derby i don't care who gets it but in all our minds my son is a winner anyways.

| Townie whoever you are only for people from all over there would be no bussiness for the speedway theres alot of people from out side st.johns-avondale i drive a very long distance to get there every sunday because we do have a driver from here and i know i meet alot of people there over the years and not one of them was from st.johns-avondale either you take away all the cars from out side areas there wouldn't be many people there on sundays only the drivers and their family lots of times this summer alot of the bleachers were empty so i have to bite back when your telling people from cbn about racing and i'm not from there but seems maybe thats all you guys want is half dozzen cars there racing wouldn't be much bussiness for mr.hickey i don't think ~~~

| Why is everyone geting all excited? When I left the Track Sunday evening Bern said no Derby money was going paid to anyone until the protest was dealt with. The winner will be decided by the majority vote of Judges when we see any videos or anything drivers have to offer.
