If teams want to compete with the best look at the players on your team it could be your so called leader that talks a good game and can't ball as a team u have to come together and hold indivduals accountable don't just put a player out there because of your personal realationship real take a hard look at the talent on your teams I know ever team can't get an up grade in talent but u can change some things up to fit the players u do have get out there and let ppl know about this flag football thing
