| SOMEONE BROUGHT UP A LOT OF GOOD POINTS ABOUT WHY THERE IS ROSTER LIMITS SO NOW I WILL TELL YOU WHY AND HOW THEY WILL BE ENFORCED.
1. THERE IS NO NEED TO BE ON A TEAM IF YOU ARE NOT PLAYING... UNLESS THAT IS YOU ROLL TO JUST BE ON THE SIDELINE. EXAMPLE... IMAGINE IF 1 TEAM HAD 200 PLAYERS ON IT LEAVIN THE REST OF THE LEAGUE WITH WHAT WAS LEFT. THERE IS NO WAY 200 PLAYERS CAN PLAY, SO WHY HAVE ALL OF THEM ON YOUR TEAM..
NOW THAT ROSTER LIMIT OF 30 WAS VOTEd ON BY THE TEAMS...ITS GOING TO BE ENFORCED AS THATS WHAT I AM PAID TO DO. IM GOING TO "STRICTlY" ENFORCE IT NOW BECAUSE THIS WAS THE DECISION BY THE TEAM OWNERS AND NOW THE LEAGUE SEEMS TO BE GIVING ME HEAT ABOUT IT....SO......
1. ON SATURDAY AT 6PM THE ROSTERS WILL LOCK...ANY TEAMS OVER 30 I WILL DELETE THE FIRST NAMES THAT ARE LISTED ON THE ROSTER UNTIL THE TEAM HAS 30.
2. IF ANY TEAM LETS A PLAYER PLAY THAT IS NOT ON THE ROSTER AND IT IS CAUGHT BY STAT MEN, OR ANY LEAGUE PLAYER OR REPRESENTATIVE, THE TEAM WILL BE FINED $20 AN WILL CAUSE THEM TO FORFEIT THE GAME.
3. TEAMS HAVE THE NEXT 3 WEEKS FOR THOSE PLAYERS TO SIGN THE BOOK, IF NOT SIGNED BY WEEK 5 THOSE PLAYERS WILL ALSO BE DELETED FROM THE ROSTER.
***STRONGLY ADVISE PLAYERS***!!!!!............IF YOU ARE NOT ON A ROSTER ON SUNDAY...YOU WILL NOT BE PLAYING IN THE LEAGUE, SO I SERIOUSLY STRONGLY ADVISE PLAYERS SWITCHING TEAMS TO CHOOSE WISELY.. YOU DONT HAVE TO SIGN BY SUNDAY BUT YOU NEED TO BE ONE OF THE NAMES ON THE TEAMS ROSTER.
FOR THE RECORD I BRING UP ISSUES AN RULES AT MEETINGS EVERY MONDAY AT ARCH STREET BEFORE AND DURING THE SEASON. WHAT I DO IS BRING UP THE ISSUES AND THEN I ENFORCE THEM... MOSTLY ALL LEAGUE POLICIES ARE MADE BY YOUR OWNERS, NOT ME AND THEN I ENFORCE IT... THE BACKLASH ON HERE ABOUT THESE LIMITS SHOULD REALLY BE TAKEN UP WITH YOUR TEAMS REPRESENTATIVE AND NOT THE HFFL.

| concerned player you are an idiot last i checked sports with roster limits have players getting payed to play.. this is just a pick up flag football league.. the only person getting payed is cash. now concerned player you are probably a team owner and no one wants to play for you so you cry about good teams having players.. this is a league that really means nothing. i cant beleive there are roster limits. and i cant believe someone really babys about how many players a team has. no one is getting payed to play . this isnt some pro league.

| Concerned player your a ass not all those teams you mentioned have over 30... Cash how about this... It's just a suggestion.. Seeing how the Wolverines broke up and that dropped a team out of the league why not just for this season make the roster limit 35 at max giving players from the Wolverines a chance to be on other teams. It's 28 playes on their roster and only now 13 teams in the league probably only about 8 teams that will pick people up which will most likely make rosters go over 30 but it's just an suggestion
