This has been posted because i was texted by a customer of these prizes of$7500..thats basically more than the leagues total income and i have no way of competing with that...

| You should def pay out first place and second place should get something also. maybe 1,000 for first and 500 for second place. You are starting to seem cheap like Ray was. If your getting 25 teams at 500 a piece that is 12,500 now don't tell me that you cant afford to give 1,500 back to the champs and runners up It really don't cost a lot to run the league

| thats something that will and can be discussed but remember we pay people to take stats, calculate stats and write stories, pay for field permits, advertising etc etc which is quite a tab.... what we can do is shift prizes around, where instead of paying the 1 and done winner a cash prize we can leave it for 2nd place, but this was a topic i was going to have at the meeting ...we curently give out around $2000 a season in cash and prizes...plus we pay the overhead
As the other leagues are formed the monies made from eeleagues will be invested more heavily into 9 man, so hopefull the other division take off
but again thats a good idea to give 2nd place a prize..you could never say the hffl is cheap cuz we spend money on the leaggue and dont just put together a schedule.
