| I'm not sure these “Sunday Scrimmages” are really scrimmages any more... the competition, trash talk and referees showing up say other wise. Lets take a look at Sundays action as its getting real “heated” out there.IIf you like comp. trash talk, team/league rumors lol a great game and a perfect football atmosphere. This is the place to be Sundays

Gor #6 of the cowboys has to eat his words after losing to the Assassins for the 3rd consecutive time. He needs to know if your going to proclaim you can beat a team 9 out of 10 times, you cant be 0-3 against them. Hahahahahaahhahahahaahaa . Cowboys had a chance late to win the game with a field goal but blow the kick wide left. They get no respect but you better watch out for the Assassins, as we take a look later as they Played the Hartford Steelers.

Hartford Steelers come out of hiding and pounce on a undermanned Franchise. Looks like Rocket Bryant will be their new leading man at QB. A poster on the message board keeps inquiring about wheres the MVP Devaughn Meade playing? Now the CFFL is wondering as the MVP was not with his team again.

You can say what you want about the Assassins but the CFFL believes that they have moved at least to the middle of the pack as far as teams in the league goes. Playing in another tight game (score doesnt show it) Assassins go into the half with a 13-0 lead. Assassins had a chance to put the game away but throw a crucial interception in the red zone to take the 3 score lead. Jamie Bryant and Anrae Fevier wouldn't have it in the 2nd half. Putting on a show to see. The kid Anrae almost single handedly led the team on the comeback along with Bryants Heroics on offense and defense..
Assassins down by 6 with 51 seconds to go and inside the red zone at the 10 yard line, were ten yards away from tying the Steelers and/or taking the lead. Another crucial interception that the Steelers returned for a TD sealed the game as time expired.
After the game Assassins coach Carlos Amaro informed the Steelers that the Assassins smacked the Steelers around all game >In one of the most intense post -game team hand shakes ever lol Amaro put the Steelers on the spot and said he was so confident the Assassins could beat the Steelers he would put up $500 right then and there if the Steelers wanted to play again. Shockingly Steelers declined the wager but said they will play again next Sunday. At 11...The CFFL will be there...the excitement was crazy and if you would've been at that post game, their might be a new rivalry in the league ...Assassins Steeler rivalrys, who would've ever thought?lmao Assassins get no respect...Leonardo “Black Lion Mason” of the Steelers wanted to know if the Assassins would like their 13 point lead back at the half???hahahahahaaaaaaaaaa

| That'll be a nice rivalry between the Steelers and Assassins but let's not forget fall season of 2010 words were exchanged between both teams on the board leading up to their game which the Steelers won 34-6. When season play come would I think the Assassins would give the Steelers a better run BUT let's not forget these are the Steelers they can turn up the aggression when needed. Rocket at QB is a very good move but can he take them all the way to the championship or knock off the gamblers lead by former Steeler QB Mike Caliveto.

| I definitely need to be on the field next week... it was good to get the blood flowing today, but I had to leave for the assassin scrimmage. The steelers were at 60% today and we handled our business. Anybody can talk crazy when they ain't playing, but its real different when you gotta line up in front of somebody.,. There can't be a rivalry if its only one sided... it called domination...

| The Assassins are a team on the rise, but I think you all use that word "rivalry" too often! Those guys played a good game and although we won, it was a scrimmage. Stop acting like it was a playoff game. Damn ya'll look for drama like this flag shit is a soap opera. It's football!! That's it. Lace em up and ball!!

| correction the cowboys are 0-2 not 0-3 against the assasins in lets all remember these are scrimmages and we had 2 good ones the 1st one they won on a hailmary as time expired literally and yesterday we missed the field goal 2 win it...its gonna b a real good one when the season starts

| Let me clear some things up we actually played two full games against the Assassins and one 15 min quarter and that that went to couple of overtimes. Now having said that the indoor scrimmages I was going to cancel because I only had 8 guys but since his team could only.do that date I would find some players from other teams and still play. My point is Shields you are taking these scrimmages way to searious. You guys are a good team just play. Your are tatalking like you are the champs and you havent really won anything. These games dont count. And we dont want to see you. How about cash setting us up week one and I would put up $500 in a game that actually counts.
