| Rescheduling is actually causing a team to not play a game they were promised...Just clearing things up as teams are confusing what the fees are actually for.
The fees are to compensate teams for having to rescehdule and play double headers becasaue a team cant make it.
Time changes are simply time changes... No ones losing a game that t5hjey were promised with a time change.. And also not forced to play a double header.
For "rescheduling" teams will compensate the other teams period!
Time changes may happen week to week.
Like this week as theres no reason for refs and stat takers to hang around while no game is being played... So we pushed the games up .. so that each field games will be played consecutively

| So in other words you are saying the Young Gunz can change there game time to an earlier or later game depending on what their tournament schedule looks like on sunday, therefore avoiding a rescheduling fee, correct?
