| Maybe you "teams" are not getting it clear, maybe its my failure of not making you "teams" understand why what happened today is the ultimate thing i want to avoid. SO i have come up with my new way of making you "teams" be redsponsible for the "type" of players you want on your "teams"
From now on....
Fights
1. Teams will be fined for any, fighting violations not the players. If the player wants to pay the fine thats up to the player....This will force the teams to either make the player pay, or remove him from the league.
2. Players will no longger be fined but will get suspended if it is necassary
If teams feel they want to exit this league with these new guildlines ... be my guest as you are costing me brand equity by the second! And really if your "team" is on these situations, i probably dont need or want you in this league anyway..
Hits
1. Players maybe fined for hits (no suspensions)
At the end of the day its "flag football", your not getting paid, it doesnt feed your families, is it really that serious?.. NO!
Young gunz and hit squad are fined $200 and cannot play until it is paid
Stack Williams is suspended 1 game (no fine)
Tyrell Milledge is suspended 1 game (no fine)
Yes there were many other players who should be suspended but hey its who gets caught at the end of the day...
If you 2 teams feel you wou7ld like to exit the league, please do so. I really dont have time for this nonsense, and only want to watch and play flag football.
Fines must be paid before continuing on to the next game.
Or just quit the league!

| Cash i def understand about the fighting. People do bring there families and kids there, and should not be subject that. But we def don't play looking for fights. And you told me there penalty would be stiffer than ours because of there prior transgressions. Anyway, you know we ain't quiting! | I definitly said that sanchez but after looking at the whole situation im sure the majority of hitsquad just wants to play ball. But if a few individuals cause them to constantly get them in situations. As a man can u bkame them for helping their teamates.
But if these same players essentially keep making the league fee higher for the team. The team will eventuslky have to cut ties with the bad apple
All im doing is figuring out a way that if u instigate a situation. You are now going to hurt your team and not just yourself. As usualky these bad apples can care less about themselves but would not want to hurt the team. And also as stated eventualky the team will let the player go eventually.

I was born to 15 year old mother, in the worst projsect in hartford called stowe village.
At one point every male who lived in my household has either shot stabbed or murdered
many nights with no electricity, times with no food, food stamps wel-fare, drugs users and sellers, gamblers all in my tight family.
Do you know what its like to see a 15 year old family member parylyzed from the neck down from a stab wound?
Do you know what its like to see your father murdered lying on the ground in the cold winter in the middle of the night shot in the head
Do you know what its like to be robbed at gun point?
Do you know what its like to see your 1st murder at 8 years old?
Do you know what its like to have a picture of a family member at another family members grave and notice that months later theyd be sharing the same grave space...
I could go on and on about my experiences.... but the point here is thats everybodies story, eveyyone has had a tough life.
The true survivors dont cry about it and dont blame it on their mishaps... but they say thats what made me who i am and what made me better.
To use your enviornment is an excuse for the weak. I use my disadvantages in life to help me make better decisions. I dont use them for excuses of why i make bad ones.
Does it seem like i came from the gutter. NO! My best traits come from those experiences
At the end of the day those who really live the "the struggle" dont ever want to be around it it isnt necessary.

Funny thing is people look at me as Ish from southington and figure I was born with some sort of silver spoon. I grew up no running water, heating jugs to shower. Locking my door with a chair cuz the landlord would break in. Food stamps, no electricity at times. Eating spoiled food. What do you take from those experiences. Figure out the ways for them not to ever happen again. Work hard, surround yourself with good people, and stop making excuses. I know alot of rich kids who are dope fiends and alot of poor kids grow up and have multiple degrees. What we are forgetting is that minus all this shit talk we are here to speak about and play football. So everybody grow up. | I'm pretty sure 90% of CT players had it hard in life but as you get older you try to better yourself. When it's all said and done BOTH teams were wrong and hopefully learned from their mistakes but let's try to eliminate the violence all together. Before next season when Cash have the owners meeting this should be a topic that's talked about but until then let's get back to football and football only.
