| At the meeting...
Teams have decided that there will be a "games played" stat added to the league along with a rule. to go along with the CFFLS 27 man roster. PLayers will now have to play a mandatory 3 out of their 1st 7 games to be elible for weeks 8,9,10 and the playoffs.
Players will now sign in with the stat man and a new "GP" statistic will now be added to the site. Its up to the players to check in... If you dont check in with the stat guy that will be the players loss. All players without 3 "games played" on their statistics on the site will be deleted at the end of week 7 and before week 8
A PLAYER DOES NOT HAVE TO PLAY IN THE GAME HE JUST MUST BE PRESENT AT THE GAME!
League rules have been added to the site in the Rules section and the new "games played rule" will be added shortly.
Please feel free to look over the league rules as their in a draft stage. I think this new "games played" rule will be great for the league. I would like to thank the teams who came up with the idea.

| i just realized we take stats so player wont be erased from the site if he has aquired stats... if no stats were aquired the player will be removed from the site

| your eliminating a lot of college players from your league with this rule. alot of them cant play till towards end of the reg season. but i am sure thats the point for most teams to pass this rule because they dont have any kids of that calibur on their team anyway.

| Well theres 2 things about that that were discussed... if you cant play or show up to a measley 30% of the games, is that player really in the league. No they arent.
Which also the point that teams want to know whgo they are playing for "the season" and not a randomn new team in the playoffs
Point 2 is that if players are in college should they be risking their eligibily and health in the league for the 1 or 2 games in the playoffs? probably not but each person makes their own decision. So again if a player cant play in essentially 3 out of 10 games, you are not in the league realistically.....
example
Teams dont want to play against "the hartford steelers" all season and then in the playoffs play the New England Patriots" in the playoffs.. and this is a start to try and eliminate that.
Teams actually wanted a higher percentage of games like 5 out of 10 (which may happen in spring) but i thought this # was a good compromise.
Its simple though, play in the league.. "to play in the league" it shouldnt be that hard

| i honestly think this rule is GREAT. its only going hurt certain teams. the only thing is you said that the player doesn't have to play but just "check in" at a game. i can see this causing some controversy. Because how does that stat Keeper really know if that person is the person saying they are checking in? All the haters can come out now and say what they want BUT YOU ALL KNOW that would exactly happen. They should have to PLAY unless INJURED

| thats what i mean its a very tough rule to monitor. no way for stat keepers to know everybody. you should have some kind of fine in place for teams signing in players that are not actually there if you want this rule to work.

| man stop makin stuff soo difficult..the only reason some teams want this rule is so the bottom feeder teams will stop cryin come playoff time an the real studs show up!! us players with brains can see this a mile away.. who cares who shows up an when they show up an whoever else they brought with them... its time to scrap!! u gonna say damn who is he or you gonna say ill fuck him an you both up.. this is flag football ppl, lets have fun an stop takin from the game... wut if a guys schedule/family doesnt allow him to make the first half of the season?? does he not deserve to play flag??? who cares if some guy played all season an i only played the last 3 games before playoff time.. wut point does that prove??? nuthin besides the fact that he has more free time on his hand then the next guy!! CASH CUT IT OUT

| Considering that the steelers rep at the meetimg is the one who wanted this done and initiated this rule being added I find it quite interesting that a steeler is complaining about it. Lmao site visits
On amother note anyone cam show up with the new engalnd patriots one or 2 games adm d say there the best. But this is about th marathon. I am open to making it 3 or 4 out of 10. But if I had listened to the steelers at the meeting steeleres wanted it 4 or 5 out of 6.. Good thing cash was a little more reasonabke lmao site visits

| id be surprised if unc swin wanted this rule. it sounds real good on paper but going to be hard to stay on top of and it really is not worth the effort. everyone should be able to play. like lo said just strap up and play...sounds like a rule that the bottom teams would want. steelers gunz and knights are three great recruiters so lets punish them because dudes want to play for winners

| Hip hip herayyy... I love thia rule cash. I mean what does it say about your team that you need to rely on kids who play.college ball. whats if they get hurt like steve smith did in the nfl playing flag. And yes I will like to know im playing the same team in the playoffs. This is almosy like a salary cap. and some of you say it efects the recruiter like.ish and etc. what about the pro teams with the big money the salary cap keeps the playing field even. So this will be like our salary cap if you cant build a team to show up every week you suck as a GM.

If these bottom feeders show up every week with a consistant team.. Why sould they be punished by seeing a brand "new" team in the playoffs... Just playing devils advocate
This is a good way for roster control and stop teams from adding players who have no intention on supporting or playing in the league except for 1 or 2 games
We all can commit to 1 or 2 games or 1 or 2 weekends.. But I guess that's what tournaments are for. This league is who can commit to a season. So yeah like the no name said..basically if you can't get players to commit to 3 or 4 games... Guess what? you don't have a team lol

| see who is complaining about this rule? A team that benefits from not having it. the issue is when guys play on there "boys" team and the realizes they aint going to win sh^t they want to go to the Gunz, steelers, knights, bulldogs. which half way through the season makes the league become lopsided. and the top teams also want this so there CFL and college boys can play in the playoffs. SIMPLE GREAT RULE CHANGE CASH. better for everyone. and stop using the excuse that cats cant get out for the first half of the season. cmon playa

| Cash Wat about ppl that coach ftball and can't make it? This rule is Wack and no matter Wat the bottom feeders will always be just that. And cash u were the # 1 recruiter last season during the season remember? Just tellin the truth. So if that rule is in then that nd trade before wk 5 shit should be out
