When the league seperates in playoffs amd tournaments. Teams will be categorized as in division 1 or division 2. They will no longer be labeled "open" or "b" division.... Teams can register for division 2 for discounted rates or even for free at selected events.

~ registered D2 teams will only recieve stats when playing D1 teams. Teams

~D2 teams are not eligible for any cash prizes or awards

~D1 teams who fail to make D1 playoffs will be sent down to division 2 playoffs

~teams who register in D2 cannot make D1 playoffs
