| My few final thoughts are this. 1st id like to say that the way "bullies" or "losers" wi is when the "one" or "few" causes disruption for the "whole" . This has gotten to much light and respect over the past few days. In actuality, the event was isolated, a weird event, not a contant thing.
Its over and its times for people to move on. I know for a fact that the league is not in an unsafe environment, my daughter tigerlilly is at the fields evry week and i have no fear. The scuffele thrown ball and even a fist thrown is going to happen and cant be avoided.
Players, teams and indivisuals will just be dealt with quickly and harshly.
We have 400-1000 players playing every week and im going to say 99 percent of the players are not capable of what happened at the field yesterday..
So its just time to continue to figure out who the 1% all every season and remove them.. Thats all it really is.. if even 50 percent of the league was like this id understand. But really theres just a few.
Dont let "bullies" win in life. Thats what they do. They feed off of misery. They win by anyone not playing and or feeling they cant play. Look at the whole and not the few. The absolute small few.
All teams and players your decisions are yours and complaints are yours and i understand them. a litle bit of an extreme metaphor, but you dont let the "terrorist" cause you to stop flying, shoping or going outside... Thats not how it works. You Osama Bin Laden them! Straight Elimination!
