| This year we are going to make things a bit tougher and add more value to the regular season... Only 4 teams from each conference will make the Division 1 playoffs if it stays at 14 teams. In this league we are going to make "making the playoffs" a valuable achievement from here on out! Just as it is in professional and college sports... The next six will play for the Division 2 Championship.

| CASH WHY DONT YOU DO TOP 3 SEEDS FROM EACH SIDE LOCK THERE SPOTS IN THE PLAYOFFS. 4 AND 5 SEEDS FROM EACH SIDE PLAY TO SEE WHO MAKES THE 4TH SEED IN THERE CONFERENCE AND THE FOUR TEAMS LEFT PLAY FOR THE OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. I THINK IT WOULD MAKE FOR A MUCH MORE INTERESTING PLAYOFFS. I DONT THINK THAT MUCH WILL SEPARATE THE 4TH AND 5TH SEEDS AND IT WILL BE A TRUE BATTLE OF WHO IS BETTER. WHEN YOU HAVE THIS MANY GOOD TEAMS AND ANYONE CAN BEAT ANYONE MORE TEAMS SHOULD HAVE A FIGHTING CHANCE TO WIN THE CHAMPIONSHIP.

| Actually, My job is to give a quality product, And what i hear from "top teams" is that the regular season deosnt matter..... Thats probably due to their few losssed etc etc and greatness..
Now that the league has 13 out of 14 teams who "could" possibly beat each other every week. How much mopre important is that regular season matchup going to be? VERY IMPORTANT!..
its a perfect storm to do this now as i have thought about it in the past... Now if you slip up in the regular season, it may cost you dearly..
Teams dont care about the regular season because honestly almost everyone was making the post season...
Another benefit is teams in the playoffs were getting easier 1st round matchups becuase of this...
Now i can guarntee 1st round matchups will be extemely highly competitive...
Every team on this list will now be capable of making a 1st rounf exit... Every team!...
This league and all the moves im making is for the big boys...
Im actually tyring to eliminate teams from actually registering. Ask everyone in the league meetings.
I dont want too many teams in the 9vs9 league at all.. And not only that i only want the elite of the elite teams to make the playoffs...
If there are 4 other teams better than you in one conference... Then what can i say maybe next year lol

Its not really so much taking top teams down, but to show them that when there is competition and no cup caking, or babying, Lets see if you can handle playing with the elite of the elite...
Some teams cant, some teams can...
So in conclusion get better or play 8vs8!, Or switch leagues to where you can win or "make the playoffs" lol
This is going to be the toughest league to win in since ive been around.. Even tougher than last fall.

There really isn't a weak division this year I think Kash did a good job very interesting to see how this plays out

| So I agree with an 8 team playoff...but 4 from each division I dont think that is the best way. I think it should be dvision winners get top 2 seeds and then the next best 6 team by record. If you do it 4 from each div you could have a 4-6 team get in over a 6-4 team from the other divsion. And to be honest in a league like this you should not have divsions it just makes things more complicated... Some teams aren't going to play each other now and with 10 games, Ex) How is it going to be fair if someone has to play the Young Gunz and the Knight and if another team doesn't have to play them at all.

| There are 7 teams in each divsion... All 7 teams play each ohter... If you dont have a better record than at least 3 of them, what makes you think your a better team than any other team?
It would mean that you placed 5th out of 7...
Which means means that only 2 teams finished worst than you lol. (all with the same division schedule)
This isnt about what others are doing, its about controlling your teams destiny!
You have the plate in front of you and the same schedule as your other division opponents..
Beat up on your divisoion and you dont have to wrry about what the other division is doing..
Actually, just be better than just half the teams in your division and you will make the playoffs.
Young gunz and Knights suck are you kidding me? lol jk

| You say you want to take down the top teams BUT only the best of the best can play in the league.That makes no sense that means you want to take everyone down also you always say you dont want to tend to the top teams but you are not tending to the bottom teams either by having less spots for the playoffs.That does not make sense. If the bottom teams dont make the playoffs year in and year out then no one will ever go play for them and they will never be able to get better and the league will stay more separated.So if you look at the big picture over the long hall you tend to the top teams and they will always stay on top.This is supposed to be a players league no the communist blunt league.You always say you will do what the players and teams want but every time anyone in the league or out of the league makes a suggestion you always shoot it down. to have one play in game with the 4 and 5 seed would not kill you or the strength of the playoffs. also it is only a few teams out of 14 on this list that say the regular season means nothing and that is because they always win. you would never hear any of the second tear teams and down to the worst teams saying that so once again you are adjusting your league to what the top teams do. You also said about a month ago you dont know what teams will play in the league but to be honest you didnt want any of the tops teams in the league and your league stays alive off of bottom feeders so how are you helping them out by making it so tough to get in the playoffs.

If teams arent happy about playing in the division 2 playoffs, id suggest you get better.. This says 9vs9 "pro" division... The key wors is "pro" the less teams the better.
My new goal in 9vs9 is not to have more teams, but to have less teams and fill in those teams with the best players.
The players will fill in the rosters, guaranteed

| We are happy right where we are and always compete I am talking for the league as a whole. Sorry that some of us have to work and cant make the meeting. The 2 times we showed up only one other team was there and nothing about the LEAGUE was even debated(waste of my time). It just goes back to what I said you never want to take anybodies advise. You can call it what you want but we are the paying customers and the customer is always right LoL HaHaHaHaHa wait not in cashes league sorry you are right you are the commish the head ref the player and i may have left out a couple other thing I am sorry and I bow to you. You dont answer questions you always just divert it to something else like "you want a refund". We all play because we love to play football not because of what you have or who you are remember that. This game was here before you and will be here after you.

| not every team makes the playoff in the nfl, mlb, ncaa, nhl, nba....i dont get what you think a play in game is going to accomplish you will have a chance to beat the teams in your division and 4 teams not in it (based on a 10 game season) the answer is SIMPLE-WIN YOUR GAMES!!
i dont get how you think this is "tend"ing to the to top teams? what do they benefit from this? if they lose and dont make the playoffs they are OUT!
IF the gunz finished 5th (just an example) due to lack of attendance then then had this play in game you want so badly had a full squad ran through the playoffs and won the ship. YOU would be the same guy complaining about the fact they shouldnt have had a chance to play in the playoffs!!
It sounds like you want some moral victory by sayin you made the play in game! great out of a 7 team division you finished 5th nice job.
if he didnt do divisions it would be the same argument because not every team is going to play each other in that scenario either.
this is the best way and divisions are fair and even and just win and you dont have a problem getting into the playoffs

Idont care if 2 teams make the playoff just think it will be more exciting if moer teams are in. not everyone does make the playoffs in those sports you mentioned but they expanded the 64 tournament to 68 and they want to make the more teams in the MLB playoffs because more teams are exciting to watch. I was just saying it wold not hurt anyone but the teams that dont make it to have more teams in. And those other sports are not FLAG FOOTBALL I think some of you think this is bigger than it really is. everyone gets so defensive whenever someone trys to come on hear and make a suggestion no one is trying to run the league or steal it or do it there way alls they er is suggestions

| It kills me to agree with cash but you guys will find anything to complain about. This is not tball and everybody gets to bat and gets an ice cream after. I like making the reg season more important. All of you that are tight about this get your weight up.

I have actually said in posts before that guys think what they do here means something on a larger picture. i just think that a 14 team league should only have 8 teams in the playoffs. 2 teams arent going to make anything more exciting. whats exciting is if teams like the eagles can start beating teams like the knights and gunz or other so called top teams. That will make this league more exciting

Ive created more "adult leagues" for teams like the eagles... who want a "chance" to win and work less hard to get it...
Its called 8vs8...
This is 9vs9 "pro" if you feel you are wasting your money, then dont play in it... or play elsewhere...
Finish 4 out of 7.. thats all... Is that really unacceptable when you face the teams in your division... Go 6-0 in your division and you can lose all your out of division games,and guess what youll make the playoffs...
I am tryiong to seperate the teams out anyways. to create the elite of the elite of the elite.. PLease feel free to exit.
The players will play, the teams may fade and disappear but the players will fill the teams in... "Strategy"

I dont think wee are going to be that team at the bottom so thats why I am making the suggestions I am just trying to help improve the league for everyone even the bottom teams if any team can beat any team i was thinking the playoffs would be alot more exciting with more teams. the only reason i suggested a playin game was because of the amount of teams we have that would have been the way to do it and have the matchups still work. At least you explain yourself and answer the questions asked and not changing the original question. thnxx

| I like the one example that was made above... Imagine if the gunz said bump the reg. season, well get 5 wins and make the playoffs with our backups,then playoffs bring the heat?
That would basically void the regular season and there wuld be some sort of backlash about rosters, or something etc etc...
So now there is no 3 gameroster rule... But slip up and dont show if you want to and you wont have a spot in the playoffs.

| I have respect for the eagles posts and see what your sayin its just in every league no matter the age or sport there is always going to be teams at the bottom its just how it is. I do agree with cash make the league more competitive and thats what i see this spring, lots of good tough games week in and week out. make for exciting sundays. good luck everyone.

| Ima a bit bored so here are some facts..
1.MLB has 30 teams and only 8 made the playoffs.. 26% of the teams make the playoffs.. Id assume after 162 games i think it was time for a change lol
2. Nba has 30 teams and 16 make the playoffs that5s 53%
3. Nfl has 32 teams and 12 make the playoffs 37% of the teams
4. NCAA has 346 Division 68 make the tournament 19 % of the teams.. **and on a side note you mention they expant the tourney for more excitement? Nott!!! Teams 64-68 no one know and everyone knows is going to lose 1st round lol.. plus you dont even have to fill those out in the bracket by the deadline for it to count lmao. I dont believe you get any points either.
5. CFFL has 8 out of 14 teams currently for a remarkable 57% of the teams
Why would , and should anybody let more that 57% of the teams in... except to give them a pat on the back.. lol

| Eagles are complaining because they suck, and as the Raiders last year they shouldn't have made the playoffs but they did. But the gap between the top teams and the 2nd and 3rd tier teams is big. Just would hate to see how the playoffs could be unfair if one div has much better comp than the other I.E) NFC has 5 teams that are .500 and AFC has 2 teams above .500 and they get the same number of playoff teams.. Just do overall records & not div...2 cents thats it

| My team needs to do work to make the top 8 as well but if we don't then we don't deserve to be in the playoffs. This isn't kids soccer where we all get ribbons. Eagles by the sound of your tears it sounds like you want to back door in with a 10 seed with the hope to catch a team sleeping. This new rule prevents a scrub team from doing that. Put in work during the regular season and you guys will have nothing to worry about. Cash, great rule. The conferences are very balanced as well. Very good twist to it all.
