Im ready and hope you all are to. ITS FOOTBALL SEASON. to me the Fall brings a whole different feeling. I mean there is football fever everywhere. I feel like this might be the most competitive season yet. And what a first week we have getting there is no warm up games here in the CFFL.

**Also some write ups will be shorter due to not really being familiar with some team YET**

Vikings/Wolves -

Well both these teams come in with a chip on there shoulders. Both teams struggled in the spring. The Wolves are full of heart and play to the last whistle. They did start to show signs of life towards the end of the spring season, lets see if they can build on that and get started with a 1 in the W column. As for the Vikings they were nothing short of a disaster in the spring. WAY WAY to much talent that had nothing to show for it. the Aubrey experiment didnt really work out. Now is he back or has he moved on? either way this team need to find its way back to the elite because this fall there is a lot of very strong teams and they could find themselves on the outside looking in come playoff time.

Vikings 18 - Wolves 6

HitSquad/Redstars -

well i have no idea who the Red Stars are yet. i know they are team Heineken but not sure what that is supposed to mean or if they have enough talent to compete here in the CFFL. Good news for them is they are going to find out right away. HitSquad really blew up last year and expect them to keep it up this Season. We all know what their defense is capable of now can their offense finally catch up and continuously move the ball against the better teams defenses?

HitSquad 20 - Red Stars 0

Hawks/Seminoles -

Well the Hawks defense did all it could to help keep their team in games last season. But the boasted one of the worst offenses the CFFl had to offer. I hope that the teams Captains/Coaches made a serious effort to help the offense or they will be in for another long season here in the CFFL. The Seminoles are a new team to join the league and they have some talent and can make some waves but i dont forsee them competeing with the playoff contenders just yet. but i do see them getting there first win in the CFFL this Sunday.

Seminoles 12 - Hawks 7

Ducks/Chiefs -

Well the Ducks have hopefully blacked out the memory of the spring season and are ready to look forward. I do notice that they are carrying 3 QB's on their roster so im wondering why? no confidence in one or are they going to go to a QB rotation? either way the need to address that Secondary that was picked apart all spring. Chiefs are a new team also and i dont know much about them.

Ducks 20 - Chiefs 18

GAMES OF THE WEEK:

STEELERS/BULLDOGS -

No surprise her that the top 4 teams in the league are going head to head to start the season. the Steelers are who they are every year. A huge roster, physical, try and impose their will on you type of squad. Rocket leading the charge and Dblock, Shields and company behind him, the Steelers are always going to be at the top of the league and they are Defending CFFL Champs. The Bulldogs are who they are every season. Regular season monsters choke artists in the playoffs. Tyrece is still to me the best player this league has to offer, and if Bartunik keeps up his play from the Spring they may be able to finally get this team over the hump this season. need to get a full squad week in and week out.

KEYS MATCHUP:
Rocket vs Tyrece
Dline vs Oline (both teams)
Bulldogs QB vs Steelers secondary

Steelers 18 - Bulldogs 14

Young Gunz/Knights -

In what might be the most anticipated returns to the CFFL ever. Both the Knights and the Gunz are returning to CFFL this FALL and im not sure who isnt happy about it. Arguably the best 2 teams in the ST. are BACK! And a match up of the Championship in their respective Spring league where im hearing there was so real animosity during the game. The knights are as loaded as ever is what im hearing and on a mission to quiet all the Hartford critics they have. The gunz are well the Gunz. stacked but im guessing without some of the college boys they have in the Spring. so im curious to see how they fill the roles? What i can assume is that Roberts will be looking to take his MVP crown. either way this is going to be a great one.

KEY MATCHUPS:
Ish vs gunz dline
Knights secondary vs Gunz WR
Roberts vs. knights dline
Tlee vs Coles

Gunz 20 - Knights 18

Lets have a great start to the season!! good luck to all teams!

You should have just had a first week write-up. You don't know additions to any of the teams predict after week two.
