| 1. I don't make the rulings at the league meetings a comityee was chosen so that "I" wouldn't lay the lay down on teams and players as one person
2. The options given to the committee were
a. 1 game and $125
b. 1 game and $65
c. 3 games and no fine
the most votes went to A.
maybe next season we will just make it thrown punch. ,ball , swing is automatic permanent ban with no fines
its easy to sit out games for offenders and they'll probably do it again... Its much harder to keep paying and lose games eventually offenders will NEVER return and any bad eggs will be out of the league
but again I did not choose the fine
the rule book states which I got from the mcffu that a player can he fined and suspended up to $250 and dismissed from the league

| Colt park is a public park, anyone can play or use the public park, as you play basketball, soccer or any other park to play sports
permits are just permits, that incase multiple people, organizations are trying to use the same field space (being a public park) whoever has the permits has the right to the field. And ruds any arguments or confrontations
colt park I repeat is a "public park" not a private area or school.

| kash when was that meeting with the committee? I don't think is right for you to make a decision with out giving a notice to the players that are been fine, so they can attend those committee and defend themselves. Even the law give you the right to defend your self!! I feel like this fine is some bullshit!! You can pay it with all those players of the week awards that i got, that i never receive a penny for while others was getting paid!! Im just saying lets make a fair call!! And can you please post on the website who are the members of the committee, cause im pretty sure we all want to know since you don make those decisions!!

| Im not going to sit here and explain why its NOT appropriate for grown men to try to put their hands on each other in a rec football league.
But as a few committee members said, its time to nip this in the bud NOW, you guys are getting out of hand and there is NO room for this type of behavior
Indio you DO NOT have to pay the fine, You are more than welcome to not play.

| I think the committee should also look at the person who is on the other side, some of these players like to talk rudely to other players, theres a difference between football trash talk and disrespecting, we have a bunch of players tht everyone knows do nuttin but call people bitches or tellin groen men to suck their dick, calling people bitches, faggots, makin comments about peoples mothers but when you do it, u broke some law, i think AJ is a good player but his attitude and mouth get him in some beef every week, you should also look at wht thr other player has done, not sayin its right for Indio to swing but i kno Indio is a mellow as dude and yes he talks trash but he does not disrespect people like tht , i never seen it, i just think u need to look at both sides, ur suspending Indio and fineing him but u letting AJ get away with his actions evety week, wasnt he gonna fight Ronald Black the week before, u saw it with ur own eyes Kash, he had to say or do something serious to get Indio to swing, the Committee should look into the bad apples to, we all grown men playing a sport, all tht bitch, faggot, suck my dick, ur mother this, ur mother tht is for the birds, u shouldnt only weed out the fighters but also the ones startin the beef seeing some players do it wrek in and week out

| Weve been doing that for the first time this year, Rob Hernadez is currentlly out the league and never hit anyone or through a punch once this season,but seems top be always on the opther end of an incident
Joe Rivera also never swung or hit anyone...
This incident clearly AJ was pleading with Indio during and after that the "block in the back" that it was a mistake and thathe fell into him.
More than once during and after AJ pleaded that it was a mistake and never once retaliated. and after the "incident" still was pleading to INdio.. it was a mistake.

| And kash idk what you saw but he clearly didn't get push from the back, he was acting out of frustration for throwing a pick. And if he would of been apologizing I would of left it alone I'm not that petty. But when you hit somebody from the back and the play is far from the incident I don't see the accident there. All I'm saying is let's be fair. You gave me two penalties , I would of understood one, but a fine and a suspension come on kash let's be serious here. The whole league knows I'm not a dirty player and they know I don't look for trouble. Your abusing your power cause the committee knows I stay in my lane!!! This fine and suspension is some bullshit. And of course your gonna say don't play if you don't want to pay but is not about paying is about making a fair decision. For future references please invite the fine players to the committee hearings or meetings. We all have the right to fight for what we been accused for.. That's all I have to say..

I didnt give anyone a penalty or a fine this year...
I was told that it was in the best interest of the league to let others lay down punishments
I did not give anyone a better deal
I do not hand down punishments to players
But if I am going to get the same heat for NOT penalizing players.. maybe next season ill just go back to doing it myslef lol
The best way to not get yourself to be voted oput the league, is to maybe just come and play football.
I dont think you are a bad guy Indio. But there is a reason why permits are being denied to the league and im seeing Maybe they are correcct. Maybe the people who reported us are correct., Maybe you guys dont desreve a league, maybe you are just bad guys, maybe you dont deserve permits. Maybe you guys cant handle playing in the greatest league EVER created lol
At the end of the day, no words, or illegal block, or whatever should result in a thrown punch.. EVER in a rec league.
Next season i will just install 1 punch thown Susupended forever rule NO FINE.. i think thats the best option.

| You do not need permits to play sports in a public park..
Thats like saying you need permits to play basketball, or soccer or baseball in a public park lol..
Its a public park for a reason to play sports and enjoy the park lol
permits are needed to move people out the way if you if more than one group tries to occupy the space at the same time
this is not dillon or a school or some closed off area its a public park
I CHOSE to get permnits in seasons past.. NEVER did I HAVE to. As i didnt want to risk having to switch fields or not playing games if a league ever came in
If someone comes with permits.. we move simple as that as .. be it to a new venue or to the current side fields
