The CT Bears have registered 9vs9 pro!

1. The new best team in CT , have just recently destroyed the CTs. Young Gunz and Steelers in back to back championships. Now this young team looks to make their staple as one of the best teams of all time. Can they knock out the powerhouses for a 3rd straight championship. Or have they forced all the older teams into retirement and rocking chairs? The "SEC" will have to see if the youth movement has taken over the state.

2. CT Bulldogs are the 2nd team to register for 9vs9 pro. It's the same story every year with the Bulldogs , win a lot of games and find a way to lose for no apparent reason in the playoffs. Rumor has it that quite a few career leaders are joining the Bulldogs as the CFFL melts and blend to EXTREME competition. Word that Jose "mad dog" Ramos, Juan "Carlito" colon , Vic mckenzie and Josh "white boo" Vanguilder are some to be rumored to join this Elite franchise . ??????

3. The 3rd team to register as the CT Cowboys, no one knows what to expect from this team. Needing one win in their last 4 games last season to make the playoffs . The Cowboys fail to achieve the playoff spot and crumble at seasons end. They look to demolish last teams roster and create a new.

4. The 4th team to register the West Hartford Vikings. The Vikings had the best defense the CFFL has EVER seen las season as they struggled with QB play. The defense may have even outscored the offense last season in quite a few games. Vikings look to fix the offense and put the best athlete the CFFL has ever seen in Anthony Lugo to work on that end .

5. The 5th team to register are the perennial contender Steelers. Steelers have something to prove as they feel the newly crowned Bears "stole" a championship from them and most steelers put an asterisk on their spring championship. They look to come destroy the league with a vengeance with @jamie "rocket" bryant at the helm.

6. The 6th team to register 9vs9 pro are the Mass. Chiefs. Little is known about the Chiefs , but we know they just recently won the Western Mass flag championship. Will that translate to wins in the "SEC" aka the best league around? We'll have to wait and find out.

The 7th team to register are the Hartford Hit squad. When you have mostly weaver football alumni on one team , you will have one of the biggest fastest strongest teams in the state. Hit squad had a string of final four appearances upsetting flag football blue bloods such as the Southington Knights and Willimantic Bulldogs in the process. But the last time the hit squad tried the "sec" they failed to make the playoffs. Will they get back to their winning ways?

The 8th team to register for 9vs9 pro are the New Britain Assassins. The assassins have had flashes of potential greatness . They had a solid young core and nice pieces but were inconsistent at quarterback. They lost leadership last season when Carlos Amaro the founder/coach could no longer run the team and left the young pups to fend for themselves. It turned out to be one of the Assassins worst seasons . Now Carlos Amaro has returned and let's see if he can get the Assassins back on track.

The have returned! The greatest team of "all time" in CT flag history has returned to the league they helped build. The Young Gunz of new britain just have a winning culture. Recently losing their 1st championship game EVEr (previously won about 8 consecutive chips) to the Bears this past fall, look for the Young Gunz to not only come back to their old stomping grounds to win... But look for them to try and absolutely annihilate every team in their way each week by a marginal score . They will try to flex their muscle on the league , to teach everyone a lesson. But has Father Time caught up to the once "young " young Gunz? Do they still have the power to "kill" in a league full of killers? Is the CFFL the Bears neck of the woods, or will it be the GUnz show again? This is going to be an amazing season as the ygz try to bounce back after a shocking loss this fall.

The 10th team to register is the CT revolution. This team is also bread of winners and great football players . This team is mostly Southington highschool football alum, and if you know high school football, Southington just plane wins with a high flying attack! This team is comprised of the Southington knights , and the Southington warriors who both have played in the CFFL. The Knights have always for the most part are in the top 4 every season seeming to always have "bad luck" to stop a championship run, while the Warriors always had super athletes in talent but never got to elite status in the league. The combination could make for a serious football squad , full of talent and knowledge of the game with its Southington roots.

The 12th team to register are the CT Wolves. For the last few seasons the wolves should have been a playoff team. But as we know they would find a way to lose in the closing minutes or even seconds in every game they clearly should have won. The wolves ended last spring with an upset victory over the Cowboys to send the Cowboys home without a playoff birth. The Cowboys needed one win vs the lowly wolves to get in and they failed. The wolves look to break through this season and get their playoff birth. It's time they stop "competing" and start winning!

The 13th team to register are the CT panthers , the panthers are newly formed but have many CFFL vets from previous teams. The one big question is the leagues HOT Head AJ is the atat the helm. Aj has the literal are of Michael ViCk and the elusiveness Johnny Manziel... But he's just "crazy" lol. Will he make it to week 10 without a suspension or fine? Or will he lead this team to over achieve? Owner Doriel Lindsay seems to think he'll be the first to "tame" AJ.

The 15th team to register and the 3rd from Massachussetts is Buc da world. Buc da world has the Defense from last years team Mass Elite . The offense from mass elite we're finding out went to the Chiefs in a "split" we'll see if the Bucs defense , can survive without the offense and vise versa. This league is deep this season , making for soon to be fireworks. The Bucs lost to the Chiefs in the championship of the mass league.
