| Should MHSAA just allow them to play D1 playoffs and run the table for unprecedented tag as "Best in the State" and give D2 to Lowell?.... Just a wild idea, just to see some really good games in the playoffs... For all you PC guys out there, i'm only kidding, showing my OAA bias a little bit -)

| I think D1 would be easier. D2 has a lot of really good teams that will give FHH a run. They had a lot go their way last year on their run.... i doubt it will be very easy this year

| Agree 100% I believe D2 is tougher and has more quality teams than D1. Either way its good football.

| I thought Harrison was best in the state last year. To early to tell right now!! A few teams scare me out there like Novi CC and Lowell.... but Harrison is in my fav five!

| Harrison better figure out how to stop the run before the playoffs start or they are in trouble of not repeating!! You won't always have the big play bail you out....hope I'm wrong but last night against Oak Park was a joke and I don't want anyone saying it was the second team because EVERYONE underperformed in the second half of that game. I know most would be happy with a 48-35 win, I'm not! Trying to stay positive...GO HAWKS!!!!!

| They had given up 28 points in 5 games going into last night and they didn't allow the leading rusher in the state a TD earlier this season. I think they know how to stop the Run. It was 34-7 at Half and I know you said you didn't want to hear it but a lot of the rushing yards and points in the 2nd half were against 2nd and third team players.
That said they did seem to take the foot off the pedal and get lazy against OP. I've always said the best way to beat them is pound the ball and control the clock, something Rice, Lowell and a few others in D2 can do. Your concerns do have some validity, but this team can defintely stop the run when they have to.
I would imagine the next 3 weeks they will see some really good teams which will bring out the best in them.
