| i heard that david conley was injured in the salem game. i hope it wasn't serious. will he be able to play? he seems to be a really talented player.
i hate for any player to get injured.
for football to be at it's best we need everyone on both teams healthy! so i hope that everything is ok with conley and that he will get to play!

Just to go over the play he was injured on. It was on the Rams first offensive drive after Salem had scored. Conley was going to break free around the corner a Salem player came in low on his left leg. And what I would say was a chop block tackle caught him low, All Of Conley's weight went on the left leg. Conley laid without moving his leg fro a few minutes after he limped off he was walking around on the sidelines but never returned to the game. was walking on it the rest of the nigth with a slight limp. From what I hear it's a sprain right above the ankle leading into the ankle. It's a day to day thing, probably how he feels friday will be whether he plays or not. He's had somebad luck this year with injuries right before the scrimmage he got a hip pointer which he reaggrivated it againt Mitchell. He had gotten over that to get the ankle injury. Looks as though he can't buy a break. But hope he's good enough to play the rest of the season.

| these guys work so hard. so any injury is bad, but a sprain usually heals pretty fast. so i hope to see him on that field on friday.

You can always tell how much respect a team has for a player because they will never run to his side. And that is what I would say all the teams have done to Conley this year. Even putting him at Linebacker they still run away from him. His numbers maybe down on defense from last year but teams actually took a chance and still ran at him. Still a pretty good year for as many teams don't go after him on defense.
