Well since the new football season is right around the pike or corner or down the boulevard or whatever saying you like....thought I would do an early season preview....the 2007 Rams will be a unique group in that most of the main contributors return on offense and defense...this year The Rams should see some improvement on both sides....not only that but changes in the schedule as Crawford County and Eastern (Greene) join the schedule....two winable games for the Rams....the 2006 Rams struggled on defense and on offense at times...the problem on offense was maintaining drives and getting scores off of those drives....on the defensive side the secondary struggled at times...that can be fixed this year I think when you see a team improve rather it be minimal or ginormous you can always look ahead to the next games next season or whatever...now if I have to make a predicition I owuld say that Laswell would be the starting QB amnd warner would be move to a FB/WR/TE role kinda like how an H-BACK in the NFL is used...White and Long would be the 2 tailbacks...with both used in dual roles as a slot reciever or just runningback...Goodman would be the main reciever...but has the potential to break big plays....and with the offense The Rams use there could be chances for him to do so....The Rams run a Spread Option attack with a little West Coast flavor as people would say but offense...which is in my opinion a great offense I like the Spread Option because of the diversity in plays you can run off of a simple looking play...the defense had it's bright spots...but had their struggles other times...good news is The rams return alot of players on defense who got some playing time last year..the Rams havesome youth on both sides and experience on both sides it just depends on what team shows up too see how successful The Rams will have...I would say that The Rams if they get the right breaks could win 4 or 5 games which woukdn't be a big suprise....
