| This was a game for the Swamp Lands of Florida and Louisiana...the game was a mess...game was nasty...but the Rams escape with another win...It took 2 and a half quarters for the Rams' offense to come off life support and show some momentum..as Laswell scrambled for a 43 yard run then capped off the drivewith an 11 yard Touchdown Splaash in the endzone...I think Providence kinda showed their hands to ealry wioth running the runningback 20 or so times in the first half...I think that the rain kinda factored into the Rams' mindset in the 1st half...I think after The Rams read run they did a better job to slow Providence down....at times in the 1st half you seen the Rams not wrap up and kinda fly in and try to spear the guy down but he was strong enough to bounce off for more yardage...inthe second half tyhe cameout more aggressive to get the back down andinthe end it help shut down the Providence run game andtheir whole offense....The Rams won which means they have won the Mud Bowl and tyhe Swamp Bowl...and move onto a Sectional Championship contest against Brownstown which should be a good one...
