I was just thinking about the 7th graders from this past season. And a thought came across my mind. Do you people think that if Joe had a class or two with talent. that he could get a 20 win season? Not to say that this year didn't have talent what I mean is if he had like 3-4 good-great classes come through?

| Joe had two classes last year that were winners all the way up to varsity, what else could you ask for?my answer would be not now. i think that in the future joe could become a good coach, he's just not a good coach now.last years seniors and juniors made the state tourney durring the summer, and beat some very good teams, some 4a schools. last years team could have been a team most coaches couldn't waite for. you had a great scorer and ball handler in hentrup, a 3 point shooter that on a given night could have given you 20+ points in pedigo. a defensive stopper in patton. a 6'7 strong center in emerick.a team leader in andry, a 6'5" forward thats a good jumper, rebounder in weikert. a 6'4" 3 man that can handle the ball in hutslar. what a team this could have been.

This past year if the way things should have played out we would have been dominating. But you play woth the cards you are dealt. Was just thinking on how last year our offense was too much stalling. And not enough movement some people said we couldn't press last year hey we went 10 players deep. I think during times last year we didn't get our opponents tired in which it could've helped us. like the saying I heard I think it was from Bruce Weber or some commentator. And he said "You can coach players but you can't coach talent" I just think it boils down to a couple of things 1. you have to play hard defense on the defenmsive side. and 2. in Indiana high school basketball you either have to run motion or triangle or some sort of triangle motion or fist motion. I think for the Rams to be successful the are going to have to put egos aside and work as one. the Rams are starting to be like the Buffalo Bills of our sectional getting to the sectional Finals and losing. hopefully it will change soon.
