| There will be a charity whiffle ball tourney held this Sunday, Oct. 18th at James St. Park in Carterville to benifit the Conner Fenton Memorial Scholarship Fund. The fee is $10.00 per person and registration is at 12:30. Lunch will be served by the staff of the Country Cupboard in Carterville and is $5.00 a person. This is a fantastic cause and attendance is GREATLY appreciated. This should be a great time and a great tournament. | By the way, it's supposed to be sunny and 60 degrees on Sunday. Who knows when there will be another nice day like this to play some ball and raise some money for a good cause. Remember all you have to do is show up at 12:30 p.m. to register. There is no pre-registration required. Thanks.

| This was our (CLUBBERS), 1st time playing in this charity tourn. & we had a blast!
To me , it looked like a huge success!
There were kids of all ages there, as well as adults! Male & female players!
It would be great to see more softball players come out & play & support this next year!
It was very emotional to see Ms.Fenton release that white balloon 1st, in memory of Connor. Then all the other balloons followed.
