| To all WCW teams at all levels.
One does not need to be talented to give effort.
There is no excuse not to give your best on and off the court.
If you are going to school and playing sports that means that you are blessed.
My youngest child John Anthony was born with a hart disease.
For 5 years he's battle to live was not easy. He had 2 hart transplants. He passed during second one at 6 years old.
We spent a lot of time at LLMC and saw a lot of children with same conditions. Not knowing if they are going to live or die.
Spending a lot of time alone in the hospital because they're parents still had to work.
So as a coach I don't apologize for being hard on you.
You have everything that these kids with condition that might require a miracle to overcome no fault of their own.
They would trade places with you in a hart beat.
Appreciate what you have by giving your all in what ever you do.
You can do all through Christ who loves you.
