Red Sox starter Roberto Torres hurled 8 2/3 strong innings to earn the victory and had a pair of hits with 2 RBI's. Leadoff hitter Dave White was on base all 5 times, scored 3 runs and came in with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 9th to strike out the final Grays hitter and preserve the win. And Chris Healey had a pair of hits and drove in 3. For the Grays, Devaughn Wallace and Greg Adams had a pair of hits each.
