Titans Overcome Royals Rally...
The Titans jumped out to a quick 5-0 first inning lead, a 3 run double by SP John Sosa was the key hit. The Royals came storming back with 6 runs in the top of the 3rd inning to take a brief lead, Mgr. Jimbo Bridges driving in two. Todd Levy would put the Royals ahead with an RBI hit to make it 9-8 Royals. The Titans would tie the game in the bottom of the 7th, on a squeeze play by Rob Butland, scoring Pablo Raya.
In the bottom of the 8th, the Titans finally found their stride. The knockout blow was delivered by David Loyola, a 2 run triple. The Titans would score 6 runs before the game was called due to time.
