Angels and Lightning Smooch Siblings
They say a tie is like kissing your sister so there was a lot of smooching going on as the Angels and Lightning tied at 13. The Angels scored 1 in the first which the Lightning answered with 4 of their own. The Angels chipped away scoring 3 in the second, 2 in the third and 3 more in the fourth to build a 9-4 lead, but the wheels came off the Halo defense in the bottom of the fourth as the Lightning scored 9 runs to take the lead. The Angels came back, scoring 4 in the fourth with two out in the seventh (last) to tie it. Andrew Pelter came in to relieve with 2 outs in the fourth and held the Lightning scoreless, allowing the Angels to come back with the tie.
