Swingers Pull it out in 7.
Game conditions were sloppy but neither team seemed to mind it much. The Swingers took a commanding 3-0 lead and looked as if they were gonna cruise to a win. However, the Dragons put 3 runs on the board in the top of the 6th and a strong defensive effort in the bottom half of the inning forced the game to go into extras. In the extra inning the Dragons couldn't get anything going and that wasn't a very good sign. With 1 out Joe drove a 2 strike pitch over the outstretched arms of outfielder Jim Fedor and Rich would be trying to score from 1st. The throw was looking good to the plate but got cutoff and Rich scored.
