Brewers Shutout Tigers, 15-0
For the second week in a row, the Brewers yielded no runs and played errorless ball. Greg Bertrand pitched a complete game, four-hit shutout for his ninth win without a loss, and was backed by a solid Brewers defense. The bats were led by Jim Fier (a perfect 4-4 with a walk), Augie Alonso (3-5, including a Fathers Day triple), and Joe Pita and Matt Trites (each was 3-5 with 3 RBIs - it's rumored they both go to the same hairstylist!).
