Blue Jays defeat the Bombers 5-1
The Glory Days Blue Jays (5-0) defeated the Brick Bombers by a score of 5 to 1.
The BJs, sponsored by South Jersey Heat and Cool, were lead by Stephen "Blue Cheese" McTigue. McTigue pitched 6+ innings striking out 6 for the win on the hill. Blue Cheese also added an RBI double in the 7th. Mike Caputo went 2-3 with a double and a run scored. Tyler "Baseball" Hobbs (2B), Brian Cottrell (1B, diving catch, 2K pitching), Paul Gudzak (RBI single), Hiram Ortiz (RBI) and Brandon "Hot Sauce" McTigue (2B) added to the BJs win.
