A Family Win
Blowing out of the canyons of Topanga, the Tornadoes played like a cult of crazed hippies on this Saturday morning. Perhaps it was the extra batting practice at the "Warren Spahn Ranch and Batting Cages", or possibly last night's "creepy crawl" of ailing Tornado, John "Squeaky" Park.
Great defense, was the order of the day, led by Gary "Hinman" Cozine, including an over the shoulder catch, to thwart a Squire rally.
Mike "Tex" Fortunado pitched four innings of shut out baseball, in relief, to notch the win.
Following the game and for no apparent reason, Danny "Sadie" Gilbert stole his own wallet and dropped it at a gas station in Sylmar.
