Skunks Walkoff With Win 5-4 Over Swing
Dominic Marino hit a game winning 2 run single with 1 out in the bottom of the 9th at Birmingham HS to give the Skunks the win. The rally started with a leadoff single by Justin Bunch. Steve Zorn followed with a single and then Marvin Horn drew a walk to load the bases. After a Joe Gordon strikeout, Marino delivered the game winner. Marino picked up the victory on the mound, tossing a complete game. He allowed 4 runs, 0 earned, on 6 hits and struck out 4. Horn also singled and homered for the Skunks.
