Coyotes battle Super Friends. Friends prevail!

The Super Friends outlasted the Coyotes in a gritty semi finals battle. The Yotes had to get into the bullpen early when Jess Larson left the game in the 3rd with an injury, but that didn't deter their hitters. The teams traded jabs for the better half of the game and the Super Friends entered the bottom of the 6th trailing by 1. The JL team batted around then, singling 6 runs across to put the game away. Matt Floyd capped off the scoring in the 7th with a towering homerun to the arid hills beyond left field. He finished the day a triple sort of the cycle. Junior Soriano and Pat Pyle had big days at the plate too.

Levyn Polanco led the Coyotes with 3 hits, 2 runs scored and 2 SBs.
