Four Los Mets Pitchers Combine to Defeat Li Crush in Shutout
Los Mets defeated Li Crush 10-0 on Sunday as four pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Junior Ramirez struck out #9 to finish off the game.
Los Mets got on the board in the first inning when Jason “Jaysito” Pastuizaca doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.
One bright spot for Li Crush was a triple by #1 in the seventh inning.
Edwin Saint Hilaire was the winning pitcher for Los Mets . He went four innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out four and walking one. Angel Acevedo and Ramirez entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
#14 took the loss for Li Crush. He surrendered six runs on five hits over two innings, striking out two.
Alipio Tiburcio started the game for Los Mets . He lasted two innings, allowing zero hits and zero runs while striking out three and walking one
