Plainfield Tornadoes 10u Claws Back, But Falls Just Short Ag

Plainfield Tornadoes 10u's effort to come back from down eight runs in the third inning came up just short, as they fell 12-11 to Indiana Nitro 10U Gold on Friday. Plainfield Tornadoes 10u put up seven runs in the failed comeback. Sammy B, Johnny M, Brady R, Sam B, and Drew L all picked up RBIs in the rally.
Plainfield Tornadoes 10u fell behind early in the loss. Indiana Nitro 10U Gold scored on a home run by Gabe G, a single by Easton D, and a double by Noah D in the first inning.
Indiana Nitro 10U Gold opened up scoring in the first inning. Gabe homered on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs.
Plainfield Tornadoes 10u tallied seven runs in the fifth inning. Johnny, Brady, Sam, and Drew each had RBIs in the big inning.
Indiana Nitro 10U Gold scored six runs in the third inning. Easton, Noah, Brody F, and Ashton C all contributed in the big inning with RBIs.
