Game four from the 2008 PDA Girls College Showcase was back on the grass at Rutgers University's Busch Fields. Temperatures stretched to near eighty degrees for this Memorial Day matchup against the South Jersey Barons. An opening minute goal for South Jersey was all the scoring in this game with a 1-0 final.

An opening minute attack from South Jersey escaped the left side defense for a 1-0 lead despite the scoring position appearing to be offside. Unfortunately, that was the only scoring of the match despite sustained pressure from Commack who just could not manage a goal. South Jersey was again offside in minute five, one of several in the match, with the goal called back. Ten minutes into the game, the Blasters took advantage of their 3-4-3 attack with Kiersten feeding Ashley on a near miss. Tori landed a terrific cross to Saulty that just missed in the twenty-third minute while Caroline made two fabulous saves in the eighth minute and thirtieth minute.

The second half saw Commack apply all of the offensive pressure without hitting the netting. Attending this match were coaches from New York University, University of Vermont, Marist, and others.
