RESULTS - SEPTEMBER 12

An eventful day on the diamonds. 

The White Hairs locked up first place with two wins over the Rusty Royals, and the surging Blue Pills booked their ticket to the Championship Game with two wins over the Fine Wines.  Over on the western frontier (Millbank) the Grey Beards spanked the Red Faces twice to claw themselves up into fourth place.  Click on the "standings" tab for the final round-robin standings.

On Thursday September 19th (weather permitting) the White Hairs and Blue Pills will play in the 9-inning  Championship Game at Glenashton East - first pitch at 10:30 a.m.  The Rusty Royals and Grey Beards will play a single consolation game at Glenashton West at 9:30 a.m.  The other consolation game (between the Red Faces and Fine Wines) has been cancelled as the Fine Wines have advised they won't have enough players. 

The presentation of trophies (regular season and playoff champions) and coveted beer glasses will take place immediately following the Championship Game.
