Inside this manual are best practices for our sports, as developed by our USSSA POST COVID-19 Task Force. These best practices are not a replace or can not supersede any protocols or restrictions outlined by state or local authorities. We will continue to follow the local and state guidelines.

USSSA Rules & Bylaws
USSSA Rules apply to all National qualifier tournaments with the one exception. MD USSSA Baseball does not enforce Pitching Restrictions unless the event is a State Championship or an NIT.
