The following volunteers need to register with Blue Sombrero and complete the neccassary requirements before they are allowed to coach or manage a team in our program:

REMINDER: Uniform Distribution Plan - Coach Pitch, Minor Juniors, & Minor League

A team manager, coach, or designated team representative (parent) needs to pick up the team’s uniform box at the main field (HLL Field, 25 5th Street - near pressbox) between 5:00–7:00 PM on the following dates:

• Thursday (4/9): Minor League & Coach Pitch Coach/Representative 
• Friday (4/10): Minor Junior Coach/Representative

Victor Chirichella will be on site during these times to assist with distribution.

• Each team should work out their own plans for picking up the uniform. 
• The team representative should plan to distribute uniforms to players. 
• Each box will include sizing information to help streamline the process.
• If you’re unable to receive your uniform from your team representative in advance, you may pick it up the morning of the parade upon arrival; this has worked successfully in the past. 

If your team is not included in this format, please make your own team plans (e.g., Raia's, Barry's, etc)

Parents - stay tuned for a team update from your manager/coach/representative with next steps and plans - if you do not hear anything, please reach out to the team, coordinate a plan, and step in to help out. 

HLL Website & Team Formation Update:

HLL Website & Team Formation: Team formation and website updates are still underway across many of the divisions, including finalizing rosters (players and coaches) and schedules. Information on the website is being continuously reviewed and updated. Please allow us the necessary time to complete all updates.

Anticipated Team Formation Timeline: 

• Major League Draft & Team Formation & TeamSnap Launch: March 11
• Minor League Draft & Team Formation & TeamSnap Launch: Week of March 16
• Minor Juniors Team Formation & TeamSnap Launch: Week of March 23
• Coach Pitch Team Formation & TeamSnap Launch: March 19
• Junior League Team Formation/Plans & TeamSnap Launch: Week of March 30
• Senior League plans will be announced in late March!
