1st/2nd Grade (co-ed) – Fun instructional sessions to introduce the game and teach the fundamentals. Instruction will consist of skill enhancement, understanding the game and small intersquad games. Players are required to have their own stick.
3rd/4th Grade boys – Fun instructional sessions to introduce the game and teach the fundamentals and competition in the immediate Capital District area against teams belonging to the Capital District Youth Lacrosse League (CDYLL). Players will be required to have their own lacrosse equipment including stick, helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves and mouth guard. Rental equipment is available on a first-come, first served basis.
3rd/4th Grade girls –3rd and 4th grade girls can participate in fun instructional sessions to introduce the game and teach the fundamentals, and will play in a few round robin tournaments against neighboring teams. Players will be required to have their own lacrosse equipment including stick, mouth guard and goggles.
5th/6th/7th/8th Grade boys – 5th, 6th, and 7th grade boys can participate in fun instructional sessions to introduce the game and teach the fundamentals and will play in games in the immediate Capital District area against teams belonging to the Capital District Youth Lacrosse League (CDYLL). The fun starts in early April and continues until mid-June
