• Enter WSL website: Log in to www.PLAYWSL.com.
• Scroll Down and select the Aqua Colored WSL Fastpitch logo. (make sure you are on FASTPITCH)
• Go to the top right corner, hit the SIGNUP menu button.
• Enter your email / password. Please remember it!
• After you submit, you will get an email verification message in your mailbox. Go to your personal email account and confirm that message.
• Then back to the WSL home screen, click the Log In button. (Top Right corner).
• Enter your user account details.
• The first WSL general participation waiver will pop up. Scroll down to click agree.
• A New Gray Bar will appear in the middle. Click on SAM verification. Stands for Sexual Abuse and Molestation - SafeSport requirement.
• A pop up occurs asking for your team responsibility. Select one. Team Manager, etc.
• Answer 2 questions about SafeSport training and Background check. Answer YES if you have a background check from another organization.
• If you need training materials a link will popup for that info is provided.
• If you need a background check, a link will redirect you to JDP, a background check provider. Their site will take your info and process a $12 fee.
• This information and Background check is needed for any ADULT Coach/Scorekeeper who has regular contact with youth players.
• If a NEW background check is entered, you will have to wait (maybe days) until results are provided before proceeding. WSL/ JDP will notify you of results. If you answered both questions YES, you will be move forward to next step.
• Click on the Enter Team Info button. Initially, you will only be able to select A or B classification. Click on save. To change to C class, please send Terry an email with your team details supporting your request to play in C Competitive minor classification.
• Click on pay sanction fee. It is free. But this will re-direct you for roster setup. You will be redirected to roster entry page. 
• Click on ADD ROSTER button. online is preferred.
• Enter all roster data: Guardian Email, player full name, and birthday. Scroll to bottom and save when completed. If you prefer, a paper roster can be turned in.
• Once completed, a new screen will show player names in RED.
• A confirmation email will be sent to each guardian. They will need to confirm the invite, accept the WSL waiver (yes again) and set up their account. They should notify the Manager when that has been completed.
• The Manager can then log back in and see the player names have changed to GREEN. That is the final goal, all GREEN to play.

Guests players MUST be added to your roster. Limit of 3 per weekend event.

Guest players must be from another registered WSL team classified no higher than the tournament classification the team is registered to play in.

Reminder: If the player is not from another WSL team, that player should be added to your permanent online roster.

Currently, this is a manual process. Programming is in process to have this done online. Must be completed one day (24 hours) prior to the start date/time of the tournament. A phone call / email to the Director is required. Waivers must also be signed.

No roster modifications are allowed after the deadlines referenced above.

Reminder: Total roster count cannot exceed 20. Guest players will count weekly. They will fall off the roster once the event is completed. 

If you have registered by mail / email / or text - please complete commitment to play:

- Register your team (NO sanction fee) with WSL. See How To summary on the "welcome" section of this website.

- Complete your SAM questions and background checks. Provide copies of approved background if it is from another source. 

- Enter your player information and guardian emails.

- Have guardians accept the player invite and approve waivers.

- Your players listed need to be green to be approved for playing. If not, a paper waiver must be printed out and submitted at check in. Go to the "Forms" menu to download a copy.

- Verify all your coaches and scorekeepers have background checks.

- Pay your entry fee online, venmo, or via mail.

1) copy of your 2021/2 team insurance (can be from any sanctioning association).  Need to bring a copy I can keep.

2) copy of signed 2022 Beavercreek City/BSS, LLC  waiver/ release form.

3) IF waivers are not approved online, then each guardian must sign this WSL waiver. CLICK HERE for a copy.

BRING: your players birth certificates for any roster age protests - we do not need a copy.

About Rotary Park.

How is The Creek family friendly: 

You can bring in your own food / drinks. And have a team picnic inside the park under a shade tree.

NO Alcohol. (Offenders will be removed from the park for the remainder of the event.)

2 indoor restroom buildings (6 unisex facilities per building) located at each end of the park.

Portable units also used throughout the park for convenience.

Paved walking/bike paths between fields, with handicap parking available in 2 parking lots.

Playground. Nature walking paths around the Beaver Creek.

Covered bleacher seating around 6 fields. (Hopefully we can use them in 2021)

Musco lights on 6 fields.

10 total fields. 8 fields fenced at either 177', 200', 203', 217', 225'. Other 2 are fenced at 307.

Ample warm up areas available.

Pets are allowed - MUST be leashed at all times. Excessive barking is grounds to be told to "take a walk".

 No Smoking / Vaping allowed around the fields. Young lungs at work, playing hard !

Gate fee is pre-paid so no lines to enter. 

Note from the concession stand staff: 

We just might have the largest variety of any concession stand in the state!  Of course we serve the standard ball park food including our 100% beef Ball Park Franks and angus hamburgers.  How about trying something different?    Like ……..our Loaded Nachos, walking taco (it all started here!), made to order oven fresh pizza, grilled chicken sandwich, chicken salad, fresh salads and mozzarella cheese sticks.

Enjoy your meal with freshly brewed sweet and unsweet tea or a fountain Pepsi product.  Don’t worry coke lovers, we offer cans of coke, diet coke and coke zero.  Gatorade, Powerade, and water also available.

Then cool off with some of our delicious soft-serve  ice cream.  Or try Tim’s addicting kettle corn. 

 We are here until you leave – so enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  All for a great price – trust us, you will want to stay and try many things from our menu.
